These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vemicraft website, forums, online store, Minecraft server, Discord servers, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, accessing the Services, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Definitions
- “Vemicraft,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the operators and staff of Vemicraft.
- “User,” “you,” or “player” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Services.
- “Account” refers to any website, forum, or in-game account associated with the Services.
- “Virtual Items” refers to ranks, cosmetics, permissions, in-game currency, or other digital content.
- “User Content” refers to posts, messages, images, or other content submitted by users.
2. Eligibility & Legal Capacity
You must comply with all applicable Minecraft, Mojang Studios, and Microsoft Terms of Service.
By using the Services, you confirm that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, or
- You have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
We reserve the right to deny access to any user at our discretion.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account.
Account sharing, selling, transferring, or renting is prohibited.
Vemicraft is not responsible for losses, damages, or disciplinary actions resulting from unauthorised access to your Account.
4. Community Rules & Conduct
You must comply with all rules published on the website, forums, in-game, on Discord, or via official announcements.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Cheating, hacking, exploiting, or using unauthorised modifications
- Abuse of bugs or glitches
- Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threats
- Impersonation of staff or other users
- Advertising external services without permission
- Posting unlawful, misleading, or malicious content
Rules may be updated at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant Vemicraft a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display, modify, and moderate such content for the operation of the Services.
We reserve the right to remove or moderate User Content at our discretion.
6. Purchases, Payments & Virtual Items
The Services may include the sale of Virtual Items such as ranks and in-game items.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable laws.
Virtual Items:
- Have no real-world monetary value
- Do not constitute ownership or property rights
- May be altered, revoked, or removed at any time
We are not responsible for loss of Virtual Items due to resets, bugs, updates, balance changes, or disciplinary actions.
Vemicraft is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or Australian Consumer Law, where such rights cannot be lawfully excluded.
8. Data Collection & Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
By using the Services, you consent to data collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability & Service Changes
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, or data preservation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, reset, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Vemicraft is not liable for loss of data, progress, or Virtual Items
- Vemicraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Use of the Services is at your own risk
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Accounts or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice.
Termination does not entitle users to refunds or compensation.
12. Governing Law & International Use
These Terms apply to users worldwide.
The Services are operated from Australia, and these Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
By using the Services, you agree that:
- Australian law governs these Terms
- Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Australian courts
- You are responsible for compliance with local laws in your country
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
